Zolo Liberty plus

I have had my Liberty plus for a couple weeks now and I have noticed that they seem to drop out
a lot, then today I try and use them and I can’t even hear the left ear bud and can only just hear
The right if there is no background sound. But yet the they both sound fine when I turn them on
I have read through a lot of the suggestions, but nothing has worked

P.S i was also using them in a workout last night for the first time if that makes any difference
