Zolo Liberty + Left Earbud Fell

So, I was walking the other day in the rain and my left earbud fell out of my ear and hit the ground, and now it isn’t working. Is there anything that I can do to try and get it working again? It isn’t that it isn’t just connecting, the light doesn’t come on at all even if it is in the charging case. Is it replaceable? Is it possible to reboot it somehow? I’m also having some troubles trying to press the button down in general.


Contact support@anker.com and see what they say. I personally would take it apart and see if any connections came lose and then fix it.

It also may have a shorted circuit, because of the minerals in the water. Is it under warranty?
