Hi @voldog1984 have you tried re-adding the doorbell to your Homebase to see if this resolves?
Please try the following steps to see if the issue can be resolved quickly or not:
Please confirm if your transformer is 16-24VAC, 30 VA, or above, as the unit will not work with less power than that.
Power the Doorbell off then back on.
If the light still does not turn on, reset the doorbell via the reset hole on the back of the doorbell.
Move the router closer to the doorbell. Or you may enable a hotspot on your phone and make the doorbell connect the hot spot. Steps: side menu>my devices>wifi connection.

The camera is working it is like it goes into a sleep mode on the app. It still records and shows live video.
