The customer service and 18 month warranty for me. A couple of my lightning cables developed faults about six months after I got them and they were instantly replaced with no fuss or hassle.
Usually, it’s send the faulty ones back first and wait for the replacements but as a goodwill gesture for the inconvenience caused they just sent my replacement cables within a couple of days.

Customer service - had 1 failure and they addressed satisfactorily.
Product set, not perfectly complete but pretty darn close.
A bit of fun also with Periscope etc - this forum example.
I have a lot of faith in their products, and completely believe that they will be reliable.
However, I also have the security of knowing that IF any product does fail, I will be able to resolve the matter quickly, easily, and to my satisfaction.
Can’t want anything more than that.
Build quality and customer service, hands down.

The 18 month warranty and excellent customer service for me. Their products are high quality and durable. I have came across other brands who produce the same products in similar quality. But their warranty is not as good and their customer service was terrible.
Anker have always been helpful and very friendly when I contact them.
