VPN compatibility

Set up Eufy wireless doorbell with home network. Running KeepSolid VPN. With VPN on, doorbell offline. VPN off, doorbell connected. No blocking on firewall or at ISP. Trying to find setting or configuration change somewhere to allow doorbell to work WITH VPN. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

After MANY hours tracking down possibile causes, discovered my ISP reset firewall rules to maximum [without notification!]

Rules changed to TYPICAL security [medium] on a Cisco DPC3941T box. Issue resolved. Finally!

It is a very common situation with VPN services. And everybody spends many hours on fixing issues. I fixed mine after reading information about VPN services across the web.
