Unable to connect to the application server

My homebase shows great/strong wifi but when I try to access events or do anything on the Eufy Security app I get the error, “unable to connect to application server.” I tried to call customer support and their phone systems are currently down. Sent an email and hoping for an answer. In the meantime, hoping someone can advise me how to fix this problem. My system has only been in use for 10 days and it worked fine until today.

Eufy server was down due to maintenance… everything should be running by now , but we found out local storage isn’t exactly LOCAL :joy:
