So I posted about that company that sold me the wrong version of SoundCore’s Liberty earbuds, they were not the Pro but advertised as such. Anyway, after a long back and forth with the company I finally said fine just give me my money back, the next part is the most important but I can’t say everything that happened. So I contacted SoundCore support originally when I thought they could do something, they tried, but got back to me telling me that they would be nice enough to apply this discount code to my new purchase of the real L2Pro from AnkerDirect (lol) that I had never used that was specific to Soundcore‘s site, I wanted the Infini but they stopped making them. So thank you sooo much Soundcore support team. I’ll give the REAL version a good test, already know the sound is much better and the wireless charging works no problem with my power wave 10. But more to come ;). @AnkerOfficial can you notify the support staff of this post, I told them I would tell you. Thanks.
The support staff for Anker has always been good for me and most of the others I know who have had to use them. Glad to hear they were able to help you out.

What they did for me was above and beyond helpful. I’ve had experience with them in the past but this proved to me they will do basically anything for a long term/any customer.
