Hi - the sound on these headphones has faded - max volume very quiet. Same on you of all devices we’ve paired with. So assuming it’s the headphones. Have tried a reset but same after. Anyone any ideas. The headphones are new only bought in January
Have you tried giving them a clean with some rubbing alcohol to make sure no wax and the like has built up in the mesh?
