Trying to get some help here, in case someone else is getting the same problem.
This is the third time Anker replaced my faulty headphone. Problem is still the same.
- Frequent disconnection when using bluetooth.
- Headphone turns on by itself after i powered it off. Blue light starts blinking without pressing the power button.
- Noise cancelling doesn’t turn on after pressing the button.
I tried resetting the unit. Purple lights blinked. But no luck. Problem is still there.
I got the same issues here. Well I bought it about 9 days ago, have claimed my warranty and guess what.? Seems anker gave me the same device with the same problem. I hope anker have good answer for this kind of issues.
Because I think its embarrassing for such a big company like anker can’t solve a problem, even after I claimed my warranty.
