I purchased a pair of Soundcore Liberty Lite earbuds on May 6th 2019.
It is now October 2nd and the right earbud is dead, the left has a single flashing light, and the case only has one light on when it’s plugged into the charger.
Needless to say, it won’t connect to my phone either.
It looks, therefore, I’ll be contacting customer support but I wonder if anyone has found a solution to this issue.
Try a reset by placing the buds in the case and holding down the button on both simultaneously for about 5 Seconds. Let us know what happens.
Best thing to do is contact support
Before you do a reset as @Shenoy stated you need to make sure the buds are disconnected from your phone, and the Bluetooth pairing info is deleted from your phone.
After you do that, do the reset. This generally resolves this issue.
