SoundCore 2 no longer working with Zoom

Recently, my SoundCore 2 speaker quit working with Zoom. The audio cuts out. I have ensured the proper audio is selected in both Windows and Zoom. The call generally begins OK, but cuts out shortly thereafter. The speaker seems to still work well playing music from my laptop, but no longer functions properly with Zoom. I have had the speaker for a little over a month and it has worked well with Zoom until this past week. Does anyone have any advice?
