I got the product (soundbuds curve anker), I loaded it, I used it 2 days without problem and it is no longer … I am reloading it (the blue light turns on) but when I unplug it the blue light turns off again and there is no way to turn them on. … I think they are failed.
The problem is that I live in Argentina … a friend brought them to me from Canada who just had to come to see me … but for a few more years he won’t come back … can others send me to Argentina? or give me the money back? or tell me how to solve the problem please
First and foremost, please make sure to fully charge the Soundbuds Curve, takes approx 1 to 1.5 hours to fully charge, indicated by Solid Blue Light (trickle charging - 5V at 0.1A)
Once fully charged, try to pair it to the smartphone - Press and Hold the “Play” button in the middle of the connector pad on the curve for 3 seconds and see the Blue flashing light and then pair to your device.
Power it ON, press and hold the PLAY button for 1 sec. To Power OFF, press and hold the button for 3 seconds.
