after installing the Google Play version I’ve been able to install and use most of my apps with the exception of SkyGo.
Everything went well during installation of SkyGo and setup with my account but when I started to watch a movie (either live or on demand) after a couple of seconds the screen went very poor like a transparent white window.
Movies can still be seen but with a very poor quality.

I still use it, gets updates and so on so it has to be on the store.

that is the one I look for… but when I type SkyGo on the Google Play search bar, it doesn’t come up…!

I don’t get it, maybe because I have a Nebula cosmos Max?! I will check with @AnkerSupport
Capsule Max is Android 8.1
The Cosmos Max is a different product with different OS, Android TV 9.0
So tricks on one likely won’t work on the other.
Anker has a habit of using similar names for very different products.
Hi, I have the capsule max and engaged heavily with customer service before the purchase as I had the exact same need of sky go for our motorhome. This information is several months old now since I bought mines
So, the max is Android versus other products being android TV, the google playstore for access to sky go needs to be unlocked.
Upon purchase you contact customer service, you do an upgrade and confirm the system version via a ticket, you are then added to a ‘beta test’ program and given a password for a download and a special sequence to access the file.
When all is done the version should be V2.0.1042. and you’ll have sky go via the google playstore.
Again, I bought this several months ago so this may now be the standard version, but confirm as other poster that I’ve had several app updates, in fact just tonight.
