New ROAV . Went through … updated firmware to 3.2.7 but keeps failing trying to go to 3.5.2. is there a problem with that release? Any magical tricks
Try to remove the device from Roav Viva app on your smart phone, disable BT and then enable BT, then pair it back to the phone. If this does not help, contact Roav support - they are the very responsive and will get back with resolution steps.
