Purchased new Liberty Airbuds and left one not working

I recently purchased these airbuds and connected them only to find out that the left one does not work at all. I’ve tried the suggestions on repairing them several times, but the left still does not work. What can I do?

Sounds like a warranty issue. The only remotely possible thing to check is the contacts in the case for the left bud, the plastic cover not left anything behind.

They leave the factory tested with a plastic cover between bud and the case you peel off, if there’s any residue left it may be causing non charging so flat. Slim possibility.
