I use my PP3 near my bed at night and the blue light is a little distracting when I’m trying to fall asleep. Is there any way to turn this light off while charging my phone? Thanks in advance!
Best and easiest way (and I think the only way ) put sticker on the blue LED
I know it can be very distracting
The blue LED cannot be turned off. The best option is blocking with an object or covering with a sticker like @Shenoy has suggested.
If you don’t have a rainbow unicorn sticker, or want to be a little more subtle, I always like to use electrical tape.
As @Shenoy suggests, worked a treat.
may be time @AnkerOfficial changed the LED lights color from Blue to Mild Yellow like this
These are calm and not intrusive to eyes, just mild to indicate that the charger is ON.
Noooooo, gadgets/tech must have blue LEDs, that’s the law
Break the rulez !! that should be the new anthem
It’s not bright, in fact it’s quite dull
It’s enough to show what it’s doing, but not even bright enough to show your desk/bedside.
I have couple of Smart Plugs in my bedroom and while it’s dark, the blue lights really come bright… its not because the get brighter but because it’s pitch dark… and blue light is kind of irritating… have put black stickers on those,
Okay; so it had a built in night light… what the big deal
Matters to those who sleep😜
Put black tape over the LED light
Already done tested verified last year, still going good
Another reason for Anker to include a sticker with their products lol
Sleep is for the weak, you can sleep when you die. For now just stay awake and rock on
I kid you not, I say this almost every night. It’s almost like you knew…
I do understand that competition is necessary, points are necessary, Notes or Bucks or whatever are necessary, but not at the expense of health.
Do sleep well, take care.
What worth are these speakers chargers if we are not healthy enough to enjoy them
I don’t notice.mine at all.
