Powercore II Slim 10000 will not charge

I bought the Powercore II Slim 10000 in December 2017 and it has always been a pain to charge - I have to repeatedly disconnect and reconnect plug and watch for hours to ensure it does not stop charging. Problem has gotten worse and worse to the point that is does not charge at all. This product is totally unreliable - a brick. How can Anker market such a faulty product???

Please try another wall charger and cable to see if it works at all.
