PowerConf Unit Sound Quality Drops from Clear to Sounding Terrible

I recently purchased the PowerConf and the setup was easy enough, but I will be in the middle of a call and my microphone sounds go from clear to sounding like I am far away from the device. I noticed this when I have been sitting there doing nothing on the call and when I have had the device in my hand moving from room to room.

Any thoughts on what they issue could be?

Try either a reset or maybe there is a software update that you need to do

@Paul_Charland Make sure you have upgraded the PowerConf firmware and if you are the only person using it - choose the Single-Person Mode using the Soundcore app.
