PowerConf C300: using physical green screen in Zoom doesn't work

I bought a PowerConf C300 webcam, arrived yesterday. Overall, delighted! But one niggle.

In Zoom I can set up a background image as a virtual background. Works perfectly. But if I check the box in Zoom settings that I have a physical green screen. the image only shows in part of what the camera sees. My previous webcam, a Logitech C920, the handled physical green screen correctly, ie, making the image cover the entire background.

Anyone with experience of this or ideas on how to fix this?

C300 installed on a Windows 10 PC, latest firmware 1.40 installed yesterday when I first used it. Zoom is latest version 5.6.1 (617) updated yesterday.


I have used Zoom with PowerConf C300 on Windows 10, used virtual background - all works perfectly. Not tested “physical green screen” since I dont have one.

Thanks, but like I said in my original post, I already use virtual backgrounds that work perfectly. I have a physical green screen I want to use that doesn’t work - that’s what I’m trying to figure out.

This is definitely something for Anker Support to investigate

Suggest you explain this issue over a video recording, provide the windows version (complete), laptop/pc model, along with zoom and C300 version and send it to Support@Anker.com
