Ordered a cable over two weeks ago and still processing. What’s happening? Was hoping to get this quickly.
If I were you I would contact ANKER support. Their products are normally shipped quickly.

I placed an order on soundcore.com on Monday evening and it’s still processing. I’ve never seen a package wait this long to ship from Anker- or any other company in many many years.
As I mentioned in the past, I have had orders still say processing even After i received it. It didn’t change until I went I to my account and updated to recieved so I could leave my review
