With glowing comments on Anker service I am surprised that I am getting no response in my attempts to get in touch with Anker. What’s up?
For starters it’s the weekend and generally they like most companies do not work on the weekends. So depending when you sent your email you may have to wait until Monday for a response.

It’s completely normal for them to be out of the office for the weekend. They will start responding somewhere around 12-3am EST Monday morning.
