One of my camera is not working no any red or blue light to show. I tested both cameras before and it work. After i test the cameras i didn’t use them, i just put them back.
Today I restart the system to find one camera not working
I tried to recharge, nothing shows if charged or not
It’s brand new
Hi @samahkamil have you tried charging the camera using a new cable and from the rear of the Homebase, just in case your power source was not adequate enough?
Yes i did many time with different sources…but unfortunately no charging…
