Just got my Life P2 earbuds, everything connected fine, music sounds good etc. but whenever I send or receive a call the earbuds stop working. I’ve tried resetting them but still no luck. Again, everything is great with them but they drop on every call.
My iPhone is on the latest OS and I have no connectivity issues with my other BT headphones.
If you tried resetting and your phone is updated to the latest software, I would say email Soundcore at email@example.com. They should be able to assist you better
change the audio route setting on your phone.
Settings > General > Accessibility > Call Audio Routing. When you select the Bluetooth Headset option, all incoming calls will be answered through the Bluetooth device even if you press the answer button on the iPhone .
