Only one works. Other stay white and won’t sync or isn’t recognized by device.
Did all reset procedures listed.
If in case and I hold both touch sensors, they actually turn pink and won’t connect to anything. Had to wait till they died and recharge, then only left works
Only used these about 10 times and they are now relatively useless

Hi @Hendo if you have tried resetting and pairing against more than one device, reach out to for assistance under your warranty as the pair may have developed a hardware fault.

Contact the support.
The earbuds should be under warranty.
But please don’t forget to add all those “numbers” you find on the box and the earbuds.
