I know this question has been asked numerous times. I did not think it was possible until I discovered the setting just minutes ago.
- Log in to your Anker Community account.
- Visit anker.com.
- Go to your profile (see image below).
- You should see an option to change your username.
- Be sure to submit (save) any changes!

Only works for the anker.com website, not the forums though. You would need to contact the admins for that.
Dang it. I didn’t even realize it didn’t change the forums.
I noticed the profile change on Anker’s website (non community section) I also noticed the discounts disappeared (the 5,10 and 15% off when you complete your profile). Use to be tabs and now it’s a short list. Had to submit that I am a male again.
Yup like it was mentioned only works for anker.com
I was the one who asked about changing my name and everyone told me to do the same only to find it didn’t port to the forums

Ahh. I found a similar function in community it didnt work.
If you change your username, all prior quotes of your posts and @name mentions will be broken. Are you absolutely sure you want to?
It should automatically change.
Nope, it’s one of the quirks of the forum software called discourse…
