Homebase 2 problem setting up

While setting up homebase 2 the light is still red it didn’t turnt to blue

Same here. Ordered the Video Doorbell Battery version and tried to configure the Homebase 2 today.

I contacted support and Evan did some troubleshooting without getting the unit working. He is preparing to send a replacement unit, but I’m wondering if there is a systemic issue with the devices or remote servers that may be coming into play.

Packet captures show that traffic between the Homebase 2 and the Amazon servers is flowing. The only error I saw was a TLS certificate error for one of the servers ( Perhaps that is the issue, but all the other traffic looked fine. No blocked traffic in the firewall logs.
