I’ve got an issue with a major bug. I’ve noticed that when either of my HomeBase 2’s storage gets full it auto deletes videos - which is fine… Except it deletes the most recent videos first - i.e. from today, yesterday etc. Rather than the earliest video clips.
I’ve reported it to Eufy who are usually very good but don’t seem to be understanding me - maybe it’s lost in translation??
Anyone else having this issue?
