Homebase 2 constant red light


I’ve just bought a battery doorbell cam and a Homebase 2! Buzzin to set it up, but the Homebase 2 has a constant red light. Unable to reset it nothing happens!

Contacted support but not heard anything back yet since I sent my proof back.

Has anyone had issues like this before? Been on hold for 2 hours, got cut off then an hour then a got fed up :rofl:!
Not sure how to fix it, or is it a replacement a need?


Replace the ethernet cable with a Cat5e or Cat6. Mine hung at the Red light and I used one of my Cat5e ethernet cable and it immediately started flashing Blue
