New Eufy cam user only a few weeks now. We installed the new eufy cam and ran the firmware update on it as soon as it was finished being installed. I noticed lately that the camera seems to work fine for a few days and then all of a sudden it just stops pushing us any sort of movement notification. The only way i have found so far to fix this is by restarting the doorbell via the app. Do i have a bad doorbell? is this a common issue? Is there anyway to set the doorbell to automatically restart at a certain time every night?

In this case, could you please remove Doorbell from the app and re-add it again to see if the issue can be solved?

Mine started doing it today. I just installed it yesterday. Even restarting, removing or re-adding or a hard reset doesn’t fix it. I get barely any motion alerts in person detection mode. Gets my back if I walk out the door though go figure. I’ve tried every combo of sensitivity or activation zones and no useable improvement. Seems like it all went downhill after that firmware update, maybe just a coincidence, maybe my West facing door and the sun is too much for the sensors, or maybe it’s just junk… I put in a request for an exchange or a refund. This is brand number 3 doorbell I’ve gone through. wonder which one I’ll try next…
