I was having problems with my Soundcore earbuds. Of course I was frustrated but I contacted support, he walked me through some tests to see what problem could be. Easy tests. When he saw it was something I couldn’t fix and that they were new they replaced them quickly. I just wanted to say thank you because this rarely happens honestly with so many products online. Many product support people are usually rude but not Anker Soundcore. This sounds like a commercial lol. Anyway, thank you the replacements work perfect and I’m enjoying them! Susie
Glad to hear your issue has been resolved and you’ve been introduced to Ankers excellent customer support!
Great, you got all help you needed and a replacement at last.
This is one of the reasons some of us are taking part in this forum.
Perfect company, perfect forumners…
great to hear, thanks for sharing
glad to hear it.
so few people share when it goes right.
Ja indeed, normally the customers are complaining a bad support.
But telling that the support was and is excellent, nobody does.
When talking to the poor employees at a supporter’s hotline.,
NEVER forget those are the weakest chain links and I may not imagine what they hear every day.
Friendliness is free, no costs and helps YOU more than you might imagine.
Absolutely, well said sir
I’m happy to hear that you had a very positive experience with Anker support. I’ve had to contact them myself, on a couple of occassions. And they have always been great. Indeed, it is kind of rare to get such support from companies nowadays. This is one of the main reasons I have stuck with Anker and always turn towards them for my gadget needs. Great job Anker
Maybe because I worked so many times in customer service rolls, that I will always try to treat them well… But don’t try to con a conner!
Even as a teen, I looked after service staff, they’re the people who make your life easy or hard. Want the best steak, be nice to the waitresses, want clean shoes, be nice to night staff etc. These people do a job, no one wants, but everyone needs.
Tip freely, but only if it goes direct to your server/worker.
