eufyCam 2e - stuck at "Updating devices..." and blinking red light for more than 24 hours

Wonder if anyone is able to provide any help please.

eufyCam 2e
Android App Version: 1.1.1_534(EU)
HomeBase E System Version: 2.0.6.9
eufyCam E System Version: 1.9.3

The HomeBase is connected via Ethernet to my router. I have two cams connected to the HomeBase, both on the same firmware.

The HomeBase has a blinking red light on the front of it.

In the app, I am unable to play live feed or recorded events video, and I am also unable to reboot the cameras or HomeBase. If I try to do this I get the message “Updating devices…”

If I access the web portal, I can play video.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and cleared data.

Is anyone able to offer any advice please? Support is not open until Monday, and as I’m in the UK it is only available over phone or chat 6AM-11AM Mon-Fri.

Please let us know your eufy account and the serial number for the Homebase, so we can upgrade the firmware for you (support@eufylife.com).
