Eufycam 2c cutting off recordings

Hi all, I just signed up for the basic cloud subscription and now my 2c’s cut the video off in half. I also get notifications for something being detected but nothing gets recorded.

Example: The recording thumbnails will show 10 seconds, but when i click to view the video i am only able to see 5 of the 10 seconds.

Is this a setting? I’ve tried resetting the cam twice and charging them to 100%.

Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this.

As it is happening with a recent cloud subscription I would recommend you reach out to to report the issue and for troubleshooting assistance.
