Eufy HomeBase 2 Not Connecting to Network - No Ethernet Link Light


I have a couple Eufy HomeBase2’s on my network covering different buildings of my property with EufyCam2C’s. They have been working flawless for months now but recently one HomeBase2 won’t connect to the Ethernet network anymore. I have unplugged and plugged the unit on and off with no success. All I get is a steady red light on the front no matter what. The Ethernet link light does not come on also. I have swapped routers and different network cables but I can’t get the HomeBase2 to go on Ethernet. Is there something else I can do, or should I contact support for a warranty repair?
