I just had the Electrician install a New Eufy Floodlight at my home. Only took him an hour and it was all up and running. There were a few difficulties with WiFi but the Sparky was able to solve these issues.
I now notice that the Floodlight is up and running on the App - All good, but on my Desktop Eufy although it is showing - it always says Floodlight is Offline even when it is showing in the App as all working with straming, etc.
I asked Anker and they thought it was an issue with my security programs - but even after turning them off - the same thing!!
