I have a new Eufy cam 2 that has lines across live video only at night. During the day the live video is clear, unless I just can’t see the lines. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

I can’t upload to the forum from my iPad. Says format is not compatible.
You can see a line across the top of pic. The videos show multiple lines at any one time but i cant upload videos.
You can see multiple lines across the video still.
So i think we can rule out lens flare and looking at the pics it seems the lines aern’t permanent/always in the same place?
If the lines are always in the same place it could be a fault with the sensor on the camera.
If they are not it points to the signal maybe.

I’m having the same problem as you with my eufycam 2. Lots of flashes and flickering in low light. My 2C is perfect!
Any updates since you reported this issue to them? I just emailed support with a video sample. Just wondering if it’s a bad sensor and if I should return it
I was still under the time period with Amazon and exchanged it. Anker wanted it sent it then they would send a replacement. The replacement works great. I have 5 eufy 2’s and 1 eufy 2c and they all work great.
