From December 30, when I got the scale, until January 11, I the scale worked perfectly, and the EufyLife app recorded data from the scale on my iPhone XS normally. From the 12th until today, the 18th, the scale will not connect to the app. Nothing has changed, Bluetooth is on on the phone and it can see the scale. How can I get the scale to connect again? Or should I turn it and go with another brand? It’s seems to be a not uncommon issue.
How odd, mines behaved ok.
Does the Bluetooth icon show on the scales when you step on?
Have you tried a reset of the scale and a fresh pairing with the app?
Unpair (forget) from Bluetooth settings and pair the scale again
