Just received Robovac 11c but can’t locate it in the wifi list on my phone. Eufy Genie was setup quickly, but the robovac 11C doesn’t seem to be broadcasting its wifi name. Wifi indicator flashes quickly. I tried doing the 10-second long push as advised in the manual. Just keeps flashing quickly. Without the wifi I can’t justify paying this much for the item.
As a quick test, try placing your phone into Airplane Mode temporarily, then switch WiFi back on which will force the WiFi list to refresh. If that doesn’t help, feel free to reach out to email@example.com and they’ll be happy to assist you further!

For your Robovac issue. Could you please long press the auto button on the Robovac for 20 seconds to reset it and reconnect for a double check? You will hear one beep if you reset it successfully.
If you have two wifi routers in your home, you have to manually connect the Robovac to the target router.

We have been using the Eufy Robovac 11c device since Jan 18 without any issues. It seemed to go offline a couple of days ago and repeated attemps to set up the device with wifi on the Eufyhome app has not worked.
It connects sucessfully to the Eufy robovav wifi and then seems to fail afterwards citing a list if issues that might be wrong. All the checks have been done regardibg the wifi connectiion, passwords etc., but it cannot add the device in the app.

We are sorry your Robovac can’t connect to the wifi? Could you please long-press the Auto cleaning on/off button for 10 seconds to reset RoboVac for a retry? After you hear one beep and see the Wi-Fi status light start to flash.
Meanwhile, could you please send us your Robovac’s SSID(in your wifi list) so we can help you check it in our system?
