Can't obtain a full charge, two weeks after purchase :(


I’m new to the forum and recently purchased my third Anker power pack. I have the Anker PowerCore 20100. Unfortunately, I have been unable to completely charge the power pack and don’t know what to do.

I have Anker power packs for the past four years and have never had an issue with any of them.

What can be done to help me?

Sorry to hear you’re having trouble charging. First, try a different wall charger and charging to cable to make sure it is not an issue with the charger itself. I’m assuming the lights never complete blinking after charging it a long time? With some wall chargers, it can take up to 24 hours to complete charging. If you’re using a computer’s USB port to charge, it could take up to 48 hours to complete.

Try using a different charger. Hopefully that solves the issue
