I’m getting an error that says “unable to connect to the application server”. I have full internet service. Who do I need to contact?
Me too. Worrying. It’s been all morning
Eufy server is down… just check around the forum… more and more users saying they are having SAME issue. Customer service # also OUT due to technical difficulties! Only way to contact eufy is by email.
As mentioned by @Bell16 due to reduced options of contacting customer service, reporting by email is your best option.
