My wife recently got the iPhone 7 and her Anker 6ft Lightning cable keeps triggering the phone to say the accessory is not supported. Anyone else having this issue?
Could possibly be the cable has developed a fault, you could also try a reboot of the iPhone (using home and power until you get the Apple logo) to see if it resolves. In the event it doesn’t I would log a support call with Anker if you cable is still under 18 months old (and has not been damaged in any way)
I don’t think this should be an issue as it is certified. I would contact customer support.
