APP cannot pair with the Capsule 11

Just purchased the Capsule 11 - activated the bluetooth - downloaded the Nebula app - tried to activate the device from the app can it gives me an error message “Switch on the device or reboot the device or upgrade to the latest firmware software”
Please assist

Please try the following steps to see if it helps:

  • Update your Nebula to the latest firmware version through settings>device preferences>about>system update
  • Uninstall Nebula Connect on your phone
  • Go through Bluetooth settings on your phone to clear the pairing record with Nebula-xxxxxx
  • Reboot your phone
  • Reinstall Nebula Connect on your phone to connect
  • Reset your Capsule II via settings>device preference>reset if all the above-mentioned steps don’t help.
