I just bought a Nebula Apollo and loaded up Disney+. Unfortunately every time I try and open a show or movie, I’m faced with an error message telling me "The requested media is not available (Error code 41). Has anyone else had this problem?
Search before posting, others are having the same issue. This is not official support it is a community of peers.
Yeah that was me who posted that mr professor. It’d be more helpful to post actual advice in keeping with said “community of peers”
Have you checked if there is an update for the Disney+ App? If there isn’t, I’d recommend uninstalling and downloading the app again
