I have recently started having a problem with my Anker A8331 hub.
I will plug in (has a usb stick inserted) , the drive shows up, 10 seconds later it is gone. And unplugging the stick and plugging back in does not work.
Any suggestions or ideas?

Please provide the following information and try the following troubleshooting to see if it helps:
- Confirm if this hub’s LED light is on when it’s connected to a computer
- Confirm if your USB devices plugged in the hub work when they are directly plugged into one computer that has the USB A port
- Try this hub with a different computer to see if the issue persists
