I don’t know if anyone can help me, but here goes. I bought an Anker Bluetooth speaker(Model # A3102) three years ago and all has been well. Yesterday it stopped working. Now the Bluetooth icon is missing from my taskbar and Bluetooth does not appear in my Device Manager unless I check for hidden devices. My computer does not have Bluetooth so I use a Bluetooth USB adapter. ANy suggestions would be most welcomed.
You should try to connect the speaker with other devices.
Does the speaker work when using the AUX-cable?
Next step would be to try a reset.
Make sure the speaker is fully charged, but I am sure you did.
