Anker Slim Plus volume dropped when connected to MacBook

After only few days of usage, the volume from the right earphone has dropped considerably only when connected to my MacBook.
If connected to my smartphone no issue. I tried resetting the buds but no change. Anyone else experiencing the same? Is there a workaround?

Have you tried removing the pairing records from your MacBook or resetting the BT module under the BT menu Debug option?
