The car charger supports two different charging standards.

The USB-C port supports 30W USB Power Delivery (PD). It is good for USB-C devices that support USB PD. That includes iPhone 8/X models, Google Pixel models, iPad Pro, Nintendo Switch, and even up to 12-inch laptops like the MacBook. You would use a USB-C to USB-C cable for the connection.

The USB-A port supports Anker’s PowerIQ 2.0. That is Anker’s in house fast charging standard, but it mimics Quick Charge 3.0. In general PowerIQ 2.0 is compatible with Quick Charge 3.0 supporting devices. That includes Android phones from Samsung, Motorola, LG, Nokia, and more. You can also connect these phones to the USB-C port. But they won’t fast charge like they would on the USB-A port. You would use a USB-C to USB-A cable for the connection.

USB Power Delivery and Quick Charge are two different fast charging standards. Quick Charge 3.0 has no relation to USB PD. Quick Charge 4+ works alongside USB PD.

What device do you plan on charging with it?

Specs for this. 30 Watt PD output but 18 Watt max for PIQ output
