Anker liberty air auricolare destro non funziona

Salve ho questi auricolare ormai da qualche mese e oggi, dopo un utilizzo di circa un ora, ho riposto gli auricolare nella custodia, ma successivamente poco dopo quando li ho ricollegati al mio portatile si sentiva solo dall’ auricolare sinistro, oppure ogni tanto si sentiva molto basso, credendo che fosse un problema di connessione degli auricolari ho provato a resettarli più volte senza alcun risultato, per accertarmi che fosse un problema degli auricolare ho provato a compiere gli stessi procedimenti sul mio telefono e non ho ottenuto alcun risultato, qualcuno mi sa dire qual’ è il problema e eventualmente come risolverlo?

We now have two versions of this item, and the serial number (SN) is located in different places on the different versions.

  • If the serial number is printed inside the charging case, please make sure there is a red light flashing 3 times after you hold down the touchpad for 7 seconds.
  • If the serial number is printed on the charging cable that came with your earbuds, please make sure there is a red light flashing once when you quickly tap the touchpad on the earbud 4 times, which means the reset was successful.
