Hello, I purchased this product a while ago (few months) and after tinkering with it for a while got all hdmi ports functioning. A few weeks ago, stopped functioning and no image or monitors are detected on the hub, which is connected via the USBC port on my laptop. Any help would be appreciated (I’ve almost tried everything)
I had a similar issue with another manufacturer’s similar product. Couple questions if I can ask. Does it exhibit this issue when connected to other type-C sources (like a cellphone)? And did it fail all at once, or was there a decreasing functionality terminating in complete failure?
