Anker 13-in-1 USB-C Dock - Network Issue

I have had the dock for a few months and have noticed that the ethernet network connection will go out during Teams / Zoom calls. The call doesn’t drop but freezes for a few seconds. This may happen a few times over an hour.

Is anyone else having this same issue? Is there a solution? Any help would be appreciated. I have tried swapping out the network cable. I also noticed that on the calls another computer plugged into the same switch does not have the same issue.

Otherwise, the dock works very well and I am happy with it.
