All other usb attached items are working, but the monitor is a serial port and it is black. OR it may connect for a second then go black. HELP
A few questions:
- Is this the hub you’re using? https://www.anker.com/products/68ANDOCKS-BA
- Are you using the DVI (white) connector?
- Is the connector on your monitor also DVI (white) or is it VGA (blue)?
- Have you tried using another cable with your monitor just to make sure the cable is OK?
